Baltimore County police are investigating after a 12-year-old girl says she was raped at a Woodlawn roller rink.
Police say evidence supports the girl’s claim that she was attacked during a party Saturday at Skateworks on Whitehead Road.
The girl says she was dragged into a back storage room by three males who forced her to perform oral sex and took turns raping her, according to a police report obtained by Fox45.
The victim reported the incident to off-duty police officers who were working security at the skating rink.
Police arrested 24-year-old Davon Perry of Pikesville and charged him with first-degree rape. Perry frequently volunteered at the roller rink.
Two teenagers were also taken into custody, but their names were not released.
An attorney for Skateworks expressed concern over the allegations, and stressed that none of the suspects was an employee.
